The prize is organised with support from numerous quality partners in each country, including a selection committee and national jury in particular.

At international level, the Chair of the Jury and the Organising Committee are responsible for selecting the annual theme and choosing the winner of the international final.

Emmanuel Renaut, president of the ArsNova International Culinary Prize.

Chair of the jury since 2013 and Head Chef at Flocons de Sel of 3 Michelin stars, he brings tireless energy and talent to the competition whilst ensuring all candidates are afforded an equal opportunity. He is supported throughout the mission by the Organising Committee and the Jury, whose members set an impressive example with their exemplary backgrounds and professionalism.
